Stillness in the Garden (Self-Published, 2022)
My first self-published work, Stillness in the Garden, is a raw and intimate collection born from a season of seeking. Written in poetic reflections, it explores themes of faith, identity, rest, and renewal. This book was the seed of everything I write today—a reminder that even in the quiet, unseen places, God is shaping us, and that stillness itself is holy ground.

You Are Art: Reclaiming Your Identity as a Divine Masterpiece (Available May 18th, 2026)
You Are Art is an invitation to examine identity beneath conditioning, performance, and fear. Integrating self-development, spirituality, psychology, and neuroscience, Destiny Finn explores how identity is formed through belief systems, language, culture, and early experience, and how it can be consciously reclaimed.
Drawing on symbolic analysis of scripture alongside contemporary research in neuroscience and psychology, the book challenges inherited frameworks of worth that emphasize external validation, moral performance, or self-optimization. Instead, You Are Art presents identity as an embodied, creative process, one shaped by perception, attention, and meaning-making, rather than a fixed trait or role to be earned. In addition to theoretical exploration, the book provides structured tools for practical application. Readers are guided in recognizing subconscious belief patterns, examining internal narratives, and understanding the role of the nervous system in shaping behavior and decision-making. Through reflective practices and integrative exercises, You Are Art supports the development of agency, emotional regulation, and intentional authorship of one’s life.
You Are Art ultimately reframes creativity not as artistic output, but as responsibility: the ongoing process by which individuals participate in shaping their inner and outer worlds. By uniting insight with practice, the book equips readers to move beyond fear-based living and toward a life informed by clarity, coherence, and self-trust, grounded in wholeness and guided by love rather than limitation.
Why I Write
I write because I believe in the power of words to transform lives. My hope is that as you turn these pages, you don’t just read my story—you begin to rewrite your own. May these books be a mirror to remind you of your worth and a map to guide you into your creative, God-given potential.
Mad love,
-Finn
