Q: Can I Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately, Destiny Finn is not able to cancel any order once it has been placed.
Q: I put in the wrong address on my order, what should I do?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Destiny Finn will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Q: I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. Make sure to check your junk or spam. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us here.
Q: How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Q: Do you offer returns?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Destiny Finn reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit the contact page.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

Please contact Destiny Finn immediately, within 72 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via the contact page. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.

Please visit the contact page here within 72 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide your order number within your inquiry.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately no. We currently are only able to ship domestically to the US.
